  • Nursery and Preschool care for children birth through kindergarten is located in Arms Hall. Check-in begins at 9:15 am.

Ministry Fair - TODAY
Don’t miss the PazNaz Ministry Fair after this morning’s service. The focus will be on food, fun, and opportunities for fellowship and service. There will also be booths with information about the PazNaz ministries, Sunday school classes, and ministry partners. Snacks will be provided, along with gifts and prizes. There’s a place for everyone to get plugged in and involved, so come and find your place.

PrimeTime Day Trip
PrimeTime Ministries is hosting a day trip to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Thursday, August 21, beginning at 8:45 am. The day will end with lunch at Pink's Hot Dogs and a chance to stroll around Rodeo Drive. Transportation is $25.00 per person (15 passenger van) and lunch is on your own. Widows’ Breakfast

Dodgers vs Padres Watch Party
On Saturday, August 23, at 5:15 pm, The PepperTree coffee shop is hosting a watch party for the Dodgers vs Padres Baseball game. Stop by to enjoy the game, great coffee or tea, and the company of friends. There will be prizes for the best MLB fan gear, best baseball story, and more! Come to cheer or come to chill.

Oasis Wednesday Night Hiatus
Oasis (Special Needs Ministries) Wednesday night activities are on hiatus until September. Sunday school and other activities will continue as usual.

PazNaz Kids Family Fellowship Fridays
PazNaz Children’s ministries is launching Family Fellowship Fridays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Fridays at the homes of PazNaz members. These gatherings will empower families to disciple kids in their faith journey by investing in Christian community. Gallery Doxa Art Show
PazNaz’s second annual Gallery Doxa art show Bathed in the Same Light opens Friday, October 3, 6:00 – 9:00 pm! Gallery Doxa is currently inviting submissions (due September 5) of artwork that meditate on God’s light that shines on all people. Artists of all ages and levels of experience are invited to submit pieces of artwork in any medium. This year’s show is also expanding to include three-dimensional art. Ladies Night Out
Save the date for the annual PazNaz Ladies Night Out on Friday, December 5. Doors open at 5:00 pm for a silent auction and basket raffle followed at 6:00 pm by a fantastic dinner and entertainment by illusionist Johnny Palmer. A free children’s Christmas celebration is available with the purchase of an adult ticket and advanced registration. Tickets go on sale in November and are $35 per person.

Dinner will be served 5:00-6:15 pm. The cost is $5 per person if reserved by noon on Wednesday, and $7 per person if reserved after noon on Wednesday or at the door. Any first-time guest who does not currently attend PazNaz and makes a reservation by noon on Wednesday can enjoy their dinner for free. Reservations can be made in the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings between Worship and Sunday School or by calling the church office during the week at 626.351.9631.

Resume of a Christian:  The Beatitudes of Jesus 
Led by Dr. Walker Railey | Reed Hall, 248
The Sermon on the Mount is a summary of the teachings of Jesus, and the Beatitudes are a summary of the Sermon on the Mount. This session will focus on the original meaning of these verses, then reflect on the truth of Scripture in the context of contemporary life. What difference do these words make in your life?

Women’s Wednesday Experience: RELAX ~ REFRESH ~ RENEW
Led by Kimberly Marsh and Marlene Moncada | Gilmore Hall, South
Come and join us for this session that will perfectly combine encouraging devotions and inspiring illustrations in one beautiful devotional coloring book. Spend time reflecting on the truth of God’s Word and be filled with his joy and peace.

Church in the Park - Volunteers are needed to help the Church In The Park ministry team with food preparation, distribution, and clean-up. People of all ages are welcome to get involved. Handy Help – If you enjoy wielding a paintbrush, drill, or hammer, please consider joining the “Any Day Crew” to help with minor maintenance and repair tasks around the PazNaz campus.
