You are more than your work and keeping sabbath is more than church on Sunday. Sabbath is a way of living, moving, and having our being in the world. The truth is, sometimes cultivating sabbath is a flowing melody and sometimes it's a little more like jazz, all rhythm. And like any musician will tell you, finding the groove takes some practice. As we embrace God's love for us, may we be shaped by sabbath.
