Phil is a native of Texas where he grew up in the plumbing and construction business. He met DeeAnne Walling from PazNaz and was married December 31, 1976 on the old Mountain Street campus. While here he felt the call to full-time ministry and left to prepare.
He graduated from Mid-America Nazarene University and attended Nazarene Theological Seminary for
3 years. After 20 years of pastoring they retired back home to Pasadena and Phil has been on staff with us since 2006. He has 3 lovely daughters: Rebecca, Rachel & Renee who live in San Diego.
