Sunday School Classes
Inclusion classes combine typically developing children with special needs children.  Many children with disabilities are able to function in a typical classroom with little or no assistance.  A volunteer will be assigned to children who need assistance.  Placement is based on team agreement and availability of volunteers.

In His Image also offers specialized classrooms that are geared toward mainstreaming.  This allows children a structured environment with age -appropriate teaching modified for their development. It also allows for some interaction with other typically developing children.  Classes meet every Sunday morning at 9:15am and 10:15am.

Parent Connections
The Parent Connections group allows parents to meet in a safe environment where they can be transparent as to the joys and challenges of parenting a child with special needs.  This is a place where parents can laugh, cry and pray together.  The Support Group often focuses on topics that relate to raising a child with special needs and allows parents to share with one another. Parent Connections meets the second Saturday of each month (except for summer) from 6:00-8:00pm.

There will be a number of special events that families and volunteers can participate in such as carnivals, concerts, ice cream events, summer camps, fund-raisers, conferences, etc. Some events may or may not be hosted by In His Image.
